NII Activity Report and Keynote
「Generative AI and Safety」

NII Activity Report and Keynote Speech "Generated AI and its Security Dr. Kurohashi, Director of the National Institute of Informatics (NII), will give a welcome address on the occasion of the NII Open House 2024 and introduce the Institute's activities. Three keynote speakers will speak on the theme of "Generative AI and Safety.


Industry-Government-Academia Collaboration Seminar

The National Institute of Informatics (NII) is dedicated to research in the field of informatics and information infrastructure projects, with a focus on promoting practical research and development to address societal challenges. Collaboration among industry, government, and academia is essential to achieve these goals. To further strengthen this collaboration, NII continuously shares the research results of its diverse researchers and the issues they are tackling with industry and government.


Graduate School Briefing Session

A briefing session for the entrance examination of the Informatics Program at the Graduate Institute for Advanced Studies, SOKENDAI, will be held. The session will include information on application procedures and an introduction to student life by current students.

Demo and Poster Sessions

The Demo and Poster Sessions will feature research presentations by researchers and graduate students from the National Institute of Informatics.

About Open HouseAbout Open House

The National Institute of Informatics (NII) conducts a wide range of cutting-edge informatics research and provides a platform for universities and research institutions to utilize its networks and databases.
At the Open House, visitors can engage directly with researchers during demonstration and poster sessions to learn about the latest research results. Additionally, there will be lectures and seminars on the latest informatics research, as well as a hands-on corner for interactive experiences.


For In-Person Attendees
